What you will need:
1 medium head of cauliflower
1 cup unsweetened plant based milk
3/4 cup whole wheat or gluten free flour
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cut cauliflower into bite size florets.
In a large bowl mix together the plant based milk, flour, and seasonings. Add in the florets and mix until they are completely covered with the batter.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the battered cauliflower florets onto the baking sheet, ensuring that none of the florets are touching.
Bake for 15 minutes, then flip the cauliflower wings. Bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the cauliflower wings are golden brown and crispy. Remove the crispy wings from the oven and toss or dip in your favorite sauce.

Love your recipes, is the red color on the cauliflower wings a sauce you added? If so what do you use? If not what do you suggest? The males in my family love hot wings, I would love to try and replicate it with your plant-based recipe...Would franks hot sauce work?
Can you use almond flour??
