Planting Carrots & More on Our Vegan Farm

I was out in the field planting carrots and wanted to give an update on the 1 Acre Vegan Farm. I have quite a few 50 foot rows planted out right now. I planted lettuce, kale, chard, collard greens and arugula earlier and am looking forward to how they end up producing. And with all of the work around the farm cutting down grass, small shrubs and working the soil I have been able to build up a nice sized compost pile that I am working on getting ready to amend the soil with before Winter.
