I have been sharing pictures of my oil free french fries for a few weeks now and thought that it was time to share my full recipe and video. This recipe can be made into the more traditional size of a french fry or wedges. I can understand if this recipe may seem like a long one, but if you batch bake a good amount of potatoes at the start of the week you will really only have to spend a few minutes whenever you want to make your fries. I enjoy dipping my fries in some BBQ sauce or with Dr. Miller's favorite, a spicy ketchup made with hot sauce. I tell everyone that the key to sticking with a healthy vegan diet is keeping it simple and making sure you are never more than 15 minutes away from a made meal. These fries are perfect for a quick meal and are versatile enough to be the star of or paired in hundreds of dishes.

If you go ahead and try this recipe, let me know what you think and share a picture on my Facebook page of how it turned out!
Here's what you need!
A lot of potatoes :)
Directions:
Baking the Potatoes
Preheat the oven to 425 F
Place your whole washed potatoes onto the baking rack
Bake for 45-55 minutes depending on the size of your potatoes
Once the potatoes are done baking allow for them to cool
Place into the fridge (we normally make large batches at the start of the week)
When you are ready to make the fries
Making the fries or wedges
Preheat the oven to 425 F
Cut the cooked potato into the size and shape of your liking
Toss the fries in your favorite seasoning
Place onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Bake for 15-20 minutes
Enjoy!
