Chocolate Sweet Potato Pie (Vegan, Oil & Sugar Free)

As many of you know I really love sweet potatoes! And now that Fall is fast approaching I should also confess my love of pies! So with my chocolate sweet potato pudding and my gluten free pie crust I give you my delicious and healthy chocolate sweet potato pie!

Here's the Ingredients!

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F

  2. Scoop in the sweet potato pudding into the crust and smooth over

  3. Bake @ 375 F for 30-40 minutes

  4. Set it out for 30-60 minutes to cool off before serving

Thanks for the great recipe! Just because I have not made this before, could you give me an idea of just what the consistency of the pie ought to be once baked? Firmness, density, etc? Obviously there are no nasty raw animal products to be worried about, I just would like to have an idea of what the finished product should be like. Thank you!
