Todays recipe is one that I think a lot of families will love especially as the holidays are quickly approaching. I know that for my family we get really busy this time of year, and we also make a point to spent a lot of time together with loved ones. So the need for a delicious yet simple breakfast recipe to bring everyone around the table is much needed. I made my Christmas Morning Baked Oatmeal with ingredients that I believe most families will have in their pantry, and baked in the oven, an appliance most have in the kitchen. This is the exact recipe that I love to make for my family. I find that it has just enough spice and sweetness, and if more is needed someone can always go ahead and drizzle a bit more maple syrup or sprinkle a bit more cinnamon on top to meet their taste preferences. One reason that I really love all of my oatmeal recipes is that they are really easy to make and cook. All you really need to do is mix a few simple ingredients place it in the oven and just like that a delicious breakfast is ready in a few minutes.

Here's what you will need!
2 cus of rolled oats
1 1/2 cup plant based milk
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup raisins
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
Baking dish
Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients together inside your baking dish
Evenly spread out the mixture
Bake at 375 F for 40 minutes
Enjoy!
