Easy Enchilada Sauce (Vegan, Oil Free)

As a family we love eating a ton of different Mexican dishes, but we always have a problem finding great tasting oil free sauces to go well with our meals. This is especially true in the case of enchilada sauces, most are filled with oil and a full list of ingredients used for preservation purposes. So when I was coming up with my easy enchilada sauce I wanted to ensure it was definitely oil free, vegan & delicious, but I also wanted to make sure it had a small list of ingredients. This was originally created to be used in my plant based enchilada bake, but it can be used in any dish that would call for an enchilada, taco, or hot sauce.

Here's what you will need!
1 1/2 cups of water
8 oz of tomato sauce
2 tbs chili powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp cumin
Directions:
Place all of the ingredients into the blender
Blend on a medium-high speed for 30-60 seconds until a smoothie consistency
