Easy InstantPot BBQ Jackfruit (Vegan, Oil Free)

During the summer nothing goes on a bun quite like pulled BBQ Jackfruit! We love serving up this BBQ Jackfruit whenever we have a large group of guests over. It goes great on a bun by itself or over a delicious bean burger or porkless burger topped with some Spicy Jalapeño Lime Guacamole.

Here's what you will need!
1 can of young green jackfruit (drained & rinsed)
1/2 cup water (this was added due to so many having "burn" come on instantpot)
1/4th cup of BBQ sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp black pepper
Directions:
Drain and rinse the canned jackfruit
Place jackfruit into the food processor (using the dough mixing blades)
Process for 10-30 seconds
Add Jackfruit and the remaining ingredients into the instantpot
Set the instantpot for 15 minutes on the pressure cook setting
Quick release
