I love BBQ sauce! But it is getting harder and harder to find ones that are either vegan (no anchovies please!), or that don't contain high fructose corn syrup. So I decided I would make my own, and try to keep it as simple as possible while still being delicious. I use this sweet, smokey & tangy BBQ sauce on my plant based BBQ ribs, my famous bean burger and even in my southwest spinach salad.

Here's what you will need!
6 oz can of tomato paste
2 cups of water
1 tbs apple cider vinegar
1 tbs molasses
1 tbs maple syrup
2 tsp liquid smoke
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Directions:
Add all of the ingredients into the instantpot
Give it all a good stir with a mixing utensil
Set the instantpot for 10 minutes on the pressure cook setting
quick release
Enjoy!

I made this about 2 weeks ago to go along with your famous burgers and it was delicious! My whole family loved it. Thanks so much for these 2 wonderful recipes!
