Gabriel's Famous Bean Burgers (Vegan, Oil Free)

Recently, I have been asked by a lot of friends and family members for the recipe for my Bean Burgers. So instead of just posting a recipe I thought that it would be more helpful to take a full video of exactly how I make my Bean Burgers so that they are just as delicious and grill ready as the originals! I hope your bean burger making experience goes great!
Here's what you will need!
3 cans of salt free black beans (rinsed & drained)
1 can of salt free red kidney beans (rinsed & drained)
1 cup of cooked brown rice
1 cup of raw quick oats
1/4 cup of BBQ sauce
1/4 cup vital wheat gluten
1 tsp liquid smoke
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
Directions:
Add the beans to the stand mixer bowl
Mix with the stand mixer on low-medium speed using the scraper paddle attachment for 1-2 minutes
Add the rest of the ingredients to the beans and mix on low-medium speed for 3-5 minutes
Using mixture form into patties of your desired size
Freeze patties on a baking sheet covered with wax or parchment paper for 8-12 hours
Get your grill very hot (450 F+)
Grill on each side for 3-5 minutes (waiting to flip the first time until the burgers release easily from the grill
