How I Freeze My Sweet Potatoes (Vegan, Oil Free)

I have gotten some questions on how I like to freeze my sweet potatoes, so I thought I would put together a quick video on how I love to store perfectly cooked sweet potatoes in the freezer.

Here's what you will need!

• Perfectly cooked sweet potatoes

• Parchment Paper

• Knife

• Freezer

Directions:

1. Cut your cooked sweet potatoes into 1" cubes

2. Lay them out onto a baking sheet covered with parchment or wax paper

3. Place in the freezer for 8-12 hours

4. Transfer into a freezer safe container to store for later use
