One of the hardest parts of going plant based for a lot of people is giving up the dairy, and all the different things that are made with it. If this is you, then I am here to help today! We love making plant based milks in the kitchen, but I personally do not like the hassle of trying to strain them. So we like to stick to a few different plant based milk recipes that do not require any straining after you make it. My two favorites that are simple to make and don't need strained are Cashew Milk and this Walnut Milk.

Here's what you will need!
3 tbs of walnut pieces (soaked overnight)
32 oz of water
Directions:
Add walnut pieces to the blender with half of the 32 oz of water
Blend on high speed for 60 seconds
Add remaining water
Blend on high speed for 60 seconds
Transfer to a refrigerator safe container
Enjoy!
