InstantPot Jackfruit Barbacoa (Vegan, Oil Free)

We eat a lot of tacos in our house. Some days we will make them with black beans & pinto beans and always with a dollop of Spicy Jalapeño Guacamole! And as of recent we have been making them with jackfruit! I love this recipe because you can really be as creative as you'd like with the seasoning to make this jackfruit your own.

Here's what you will need!
2 cans of young green jackfruit (drained and rinsed)
1 cup of water
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
Directions:
Drain and rinse the jackfruit
Using a fork press down the jackfruit until it is a roughly shredded texture
Add the jackfruit and remaining ingredients into the instantpot
Set the instantpot for 30 minutes on the pressure cook setting
Quick release
Enjoy!
