Low Fat Peanut Butter (Vegan, Oil Free)

Every single day I start my mornings off with celery and peanut butter. But instead of using a fat filled store bought peanut butter, I make my own low fat peanut butter using a few simple ingredients. This peanut butter has been a game changer in our house.

Here's what you will need!
3 tbs of defatted peanut powder
1 tbs whole flax seed
1 tbs date paste
3 tbs plant based milk
Directions:
Place all of the ingredients into a small bowl
Mix together using a spoon until you have a smooth consistency
