Tofu can be one of the most versatile foods that we have when eating a plant based diet. Now I know not everyone loves it and I will say that due to its higher fat content (40% of calories from fat) it is not something that I recommend that people eat on a daily basis if they are trying to lose weight. But even during a weight loss program you can still enjoy this delicious recipe once or twice a week, and if you are at a healthy weight you can make this oil free dish a staple in your kitchen. I recently uploaded my recipe for my oil free crispy tofu that I used in this recipe. If you are someone who doesn't like your tofu crispy you can always use some pressed tofu and mix it with the glaze. I will also mention that I like my orange glaze tofu sweet and citrusy, so if you are looking for more of a salty flavor you can always add in some soy sauce or teriyaki sauce to boost it up for your taste buds.

Here's what you will need!
1 cup of orange juice
1 tbs corn starch or tapioca starch
1 tbs rice wine vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Stove
Directions:
Place all of your ingredients except for the tofu in a sauce pan or pot on the stove
Reduce your orange glaze mixture down by cooking on a low to medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes until the glaze thickens and sticks to the back of your mixing spoon
Add in your oil free crispy tofu and stir together
Enjoy!
