Peanut Butter Nice Cream (Vegan, Low Fat)

Could it get any better than mixing peanut butter and ice cream? Yes it could, especially when you use whole foods instead of fat filled dairy and eggs. This low fat peanut butter nice cream is perfect for a quick breakfast or a sweet late night dessert. It is also a big hit with the little ones. So if you are going to make some, make enough to share!

Here's what you will need!
2 tbs of defatted peanut powder
1/4th cup of plant based milk
Directions:
Add all of the ingredients into the food processor
Process on medium-high speed for 30-60 seconds (stopping and scraping the sides if needed)

Have you tried making this with peanut butter instead of powder?
Can I add more pb powder? Doubled recipe and froze in 4 dishes. Took out and served after 15 minutes. Good but more banana taste than pb.
