Pumpkin Pie Nice Cream (Vegan, WFPB)

I recently uploaded a recipe for a pumpkin pie smoothie and shared how I freeze my pumpkin puree so that I am able to make smoothies and nice creams whenever I want. So it just seemed right that the next recipe that I would share is my pumpkin pie nice cream! For this recipe you will only need a few simple ingredients and if you have a food processor or blender it shouldn't take more than a few minutes to make this delicious dessert. I have mentioned in the past that I find that that 1 tbs of maple syrup makes it sweet enough for me, but if you want your nice cream sweeter you can always add some more and it will still be a healthy dessert that will go over great with your family and friends.

Here's what you will need!
5 ice cube sized pieces of frozen pumpkin puree
1/4 cup of a plant based milk
1 tbs maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp clove
1/8 tsp ginger
1/8 tsp nutmeg
Directions:
Place all of the ingredients into the food processor
Process together for 60-90 seconds (stopping and scraping the sides down if needed)
