Sweet Potato Pie nice Cream (Vegan, Oil Free)

My sweet potato addiction is reaching new levels! I love just eating a few perfectly cooked sweet potatoes, or even making a delicious whole food plant based chocolate sweet potato pie, but my favorite way to use sweet potatoes is in nice cream. I posted a chocolate sweet potato nice cream about a week ago and that seemed to be a hit with a lot of nice cream fanatics like myself. So I wanted to share my sweet potato pie nice cream because it is my favorite way to flavor a delicious and healthy sweet potato nice cream. I hope you love this recipe as much as I do!

Here's what you will need!
2 cups of cooked and frozen sweet potato chunks
1/4 cup of a plant based milk
1 tbs maple syrup
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp clove
1/8 tsp nutmeg
Directions:
Place all of the ingredients into the food processor
Process together for 30-60 seconds (stopping and scraping the sides down if needed)

I wonder if this recipe works well with all varieties of sweet potatoes? Hannah's, Japanese, orange..... I guess that curiosity goes for your other sweet potato recipes too? I never know if all sweet potatoes can be used in any recipe they call for or how to know? Thank you!!
Just love be this chocolate ice cream. The taste and texture is superb and I would prefer this to normal ice cream. Can’t wait to try some more of Gabriel’S food
