Richmond's V72 Weekend Preview #Vegan72

For the second year we will be hosting a V72 weekend in Richmond, VA. The weekend is sponsored by Vegan Action (https://vegan.org/) and spans Friday, Saturday & Sunday (January 25-27). This year there are over 25 participating restaurants who will be coming up with a unique vegan dish to serve throughout the weekend. In anticipation of the V72 weekend, Dontá (instagram.com/the.southern.vegan) and I decided to stop by a few of the participating restaurants and find out about the special dishes they will be serving.
